fuck my whole body is aching.. had basketball today followed by gym.. basketball's great but gym was even better.. went gym wif 2 classmates from dragonboat.. training wif them is fuckin tough but of course.. no pain no gain..
from now on,im gonna watch my diet and continue to exercise.. wif gym session and running.. because of you,im goin all the way towards a fitter me!!
